Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Estimator & Procurement ManagerLocation: Seattle, WA or Portland, OR (Preference for Seattle)Work Model: Primarily Remote (with periodic site visits, in-person meetings, and team events) About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Estimator and Procurement professional with deep expertise in residential construction, including single-family and multifamily projects. This role is critical to our preconstruction and delivery success and will lead estimating, feasibility analysis, and contract buyouts across a growing residential portfolio.The ideal candidate brings 10 years of hands-on experience, a strong understanding of construction costs and procurement strategies, and a genuine interest in leveraging technology and data-driven tools to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency in estimating processes.
