We are hiring a Vice President, Southeast Market to lead and grow a technology and digital services business across this territory, with a focus on the South Florida and Central Florida regions. This role carries full P&L ownership for a $40–60M portfolio and is accountable for market growth, client relationships, and overall business performance.
The Vice President will operate as a market integrator, orchestrating Account Managers, Industry Business Units, and Delivery leadership to drive growth across a balanced mid-market and enterprise portfolio. This leader will personally own select growth accounts while building the local presence, partnerships, and team required to establish the company as a strong regional player in Florida.
Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for the Florida market, including revenue growth, margin performance, pipeline health, and delivery quality across a $40–60M portfolio.
Define and execute a market-level growth strategy, building a balanced mix of mid-market and enterprise clients across the region.
Personally own and grow 1–2 strategic growth accounts, while enabling and governing Account Managers across the broader portfolio.
Act as a market integrator, coordinating industry-aligned business units, consulting, technology practices, and delivery leaders to pursue and execute opportunities.
Partner closely with key industry-aligned units (e.g., Consumer and Services) to identify, shape, and scale opportunities within priority sectors.
Establish and maintain senior-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point across commercial and delivery engagements.
Shape and lead complex pursuits, including solution strategy, commercial structuring, and transition from sales to delivery.
Drive a disciplined operating cadence across the market, including pipeline reviews, account planning, forecasting, and risk management.
Build and strengthen the local leadership bench, leveraging existing talent while selectively hiring to support growth.
Foster a high-performance, growth-oriented culture, with clear accountability across sales, delivery, and client leadership.
Develop the local ecosystem presence, including partnerships with universities, industry groups, and regional business networks.
Represent the company in the market through client engagements, partnerships, and industry forums, as appropriate.
