What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Trinity Technology Solutions LLC?
The selected candidate will:
- Coordinate project governance activities including status reporting, issue escalation, risk management, and dependency tracking
- Manage and maintain project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and facilitate mitigation and resolution activities.
- Support project change control processes including scope management, impact assessments, change tracking, and governance coordination.
- Coordinate integrated schedule activities across business, technology, vendor, and implementation teams
- Partner with the Finance Team and leadership to support project resource planning, forecasting, and staffing coordination activities.
- Track resource allocation, utilization, onboarding coordination, and project staffing requirements
- Prepare and deliver executive project status reports, dashboards, metrics, and governance updates
- Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and delivery objectives
- Escalate project risks, issues, delays, and resource constraints as appropriate
- Coordinate vendor activities and track delivery commitments, dependencies, and action items.
Ensure adherence to EPMO governance standards, reporting requirements, and delivery methodologie- sSupport integrated planning activities across Detailed Design, development, testing, deployment, and transition phase
- sAssist with executive communications, project presentations, and governance material
- sPromote proactive risk management, delivery transparency, and accountability across project team
- sProvide hands-on project coordination and delivery support as needed to maintain program momentu
