Key Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and implement system integrations with OpenText Content Server.
- Develop custom workflows, forms, and integrations pertinent to records management business processes.
- Perform system integration analysis to determine the best approaches with business and technology teams.
- Provide 2nd-level day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and Livelink ECM administration.
- Perform regular ECM system maintenance, including server-level patches, health checks, and implementing software updates/hot fixes.
- Maintain installation procedures and site Operations Handbooks.
Required Technical Stack:
- Platform: OpenText Content Server 10 and CS 23.1.
- Modules: Records Management, Enterprise Connect, Enterprise Scan.
- Workflow: OpenText Workflow.
- Programming Languages: Visual C#, Oscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Integration: Web Services, XML, OpenText APIs.
- Database: Oracle 19C.
