Trinity Support Services, Inc. is a Supports for Community Living provider in London/Somerset, KY with over 100 years combined experience.
The Supports for Community Living Waiver (SCL) is a home- and community-based program developed for Kentucky citizens as an alternative to institutionalization. The focus of SCL is to allow a person to remain in or return to the community. Persons with developmental or intellectual disabilities who meet the requirements are eligible for this program.
Day Training: This support provides regularly scheduled activities in a non-residential setting that are designed to foster the acquisition of skills, build positive social behavior and interpersonal competence, foster greater independence and personal choice.
Residential Services: This service provides up to 24 hour supports to a participant in a residential setting. Direct Support Professionals are trained to assist participants in their home environment with daily living skills and assist them in.
