Job Summary

Trinity Staffing Solutions is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist with PEP training/certification to support a Hilton hotel. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, answering guest questions, and providing excellent customer service throughout each guest's stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  
• Process guest check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
  
• Verify reservations, identification, and payment information.
  
• Assign rooms and provide guests with hotel information and directions.
  
• Handle reservations, cancellations, modifications, and guest requests.
  
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
  
• Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
  
• Maintain accurate guest records and front-desk documentation.
  
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures.
  
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management regarding guest needs.
  
• Follow hotel safety, security, and customer-service procedures.
  
• Complete required PEP training and other Hilton-required training programs.
  
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized front-desk area.
  

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, hospitality, front-desk, or receptionist experience preferred.
  
• Experience with guest check-in and check-out procedures preferred.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systems.
  
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  

Preferred Experience

• Hotel front-desk experience
  
• Hilton or other major hotel brand experience
  
• Property Management System (PMS) experience
  
• Reservation and payment-processing experience
  
• PEP training/certification, required by the hotel
