- Assess roofing needs, including roof and attic inspections when required.
- Build estimates, explain pricing and financing options, and close sales!
- Use company-provided technology to capture measurements and manage customer information.
- Maintain your sales pipeline in Salesforce/CRM and follow up with customers.
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and ongoing coaching.
- Competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed!
- Confident communicating with homeowners and comfortable with performance-based compensation.
- Available for appointments weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays between 8 AM and 8 PM.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, walking on roofs, accessing attics, and lifting up to 65 lbs.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Organized, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment.
