They already have a Florida office in Fort Lauderdale, but are opening a Central Florida office and we are looking for the right leader to join them as Director of Operations for that office. The office will be based in Orlando.
Below are the requirements for this role:
· 15 years in the commercial construction industry with a career growth progression to leadership
· 4 year College degree in construction or related field preferred
· A team builder and team player
· Experience with commercial projects in the $20M-$50M range
· Ability to deal directly with clients
