What You'll Actually Be Doing
This is an outdoor, door-to-door role — you'll be walking in local neighborhoods, talking to homeowners, and setting appointments for our specialists to come out and quote their job. You are not closing sales, and you are not sitting at a desk or making phone calls. If you like being active, outside, and on a team with real competition and camaraderie, this is built for you.

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Off
This is not a remote or office-based position. We welcome both full-time and part-time canvassers; part-timers are welcome as long as the 2-week training program is completed.
How You're Paid
You're paid per appointment, in two parts, because we reward real appointments — not padded numbers:
- $35 the moment your appointment is set and qualified
- $165 more when the appointment actually happens — $200 total per completed appointment
- 1% of the job if your appointment turns into a signed sale (roughly $150 on a typical roof, and it stacks with everything below)
At 3 months, your rate rises automatically to $225 per completed appointment and 1.25% on sold jobs — permanently, no renegotiation needed.
Weekly Bonuses (they stack)
- 5 completed appointments in a week: $100
- 10 in a week: $250 more
- 15 in a week: $500 more ( $850 total in bonuses that week)
First 90 Days — Up to $3,000 in Milestone Bonuses
- Week 2: $500
- Day 30: $750
- Day 60: $750
- Day 90: $1,000
Monthly Consistency Bonus
Hit your weekly numbers every week of the month and earn $400 — growing each consecutive month, up to $800/month.
What this looks like in practice: a 10-appointment week runs about $1,935; a 15-appointment week runs about $3,885 — before sold-job pay and milestone bonuses. Our consistent performers are on a $95,000 first-year pace.
Training Program (2 Weeks) — You Earn From Day One
Two weeks, no training wage needed — every qualified appointment you set during training pays full rate. You'll learn roofing fundamentals, canvassing strategy, communication and confidence at the door, objection handling, and territory planning, working real doors alongside the team from day one.
The Path (We Promote Only From Within)
- Canvasser — where everyone starts. Paid per appointment from day one of training.
- Senior Canvasser — automatic at 3 months. $225/appointment, 1.25% on sold jobs. Not negotiated. Automatic.
- Mentor — earn a $40 override on every appointment your trainees complete in their first 30 days, on top of your own production.
- Senior Mentor — lead your own team: the territory, the morning meeting, the crew in the field.
- Customer Development Director — help run the program itself.
