• Pick, stage, and organize customer orders for pickup and delivery.
• Receive incoming shipments and check products against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.
• Properly connect, inspect, and disconnect trailers, and secure loads before transport.

• Complete delivery tickets, customer signatures, and other required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, loading area, delivery vehicle, and trailer.
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, vehicle maintenance needs, and safety concerns to management.
• Follow company procedures, traffic laws, and safe material-handling practices.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Proven ability to drive a truck with a trailer and back a trailer into tight spaces and construction job sites.
• Previous trailer towing and maneuvering experience strongly preferred.
• Commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required depending on the vehicle and applicable regulations.
• Experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, construction, roofing supply, or building materials is a plus.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred; training may be available.
• Ability to read order forms, packing slips, and delivery paperwork.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading heavy or bulky materials, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Commitment to safe driving, proper lifting techniques, and responsible use of company vehicles and equipment.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and understands the importance of safe, accurate, and timely deliveries. The right person will be comfortable balancing driving responsibilities with hands-on warehouse work and will represent our company professionally when interacting with customers and contractors.

Experience with roofing materials and construction supplies is beneficial, but reliability, strong work ethic, safe driving habits, and confidence backing a trailer are essential to success in this role.
