Physical Therapy Aide / Front Office Assistant | Part Time
Trinity Rehab is seeking a friendly, organized team member to support both patient care and front-desk operations. In this hybrid role, you'll greet patients, schedule appointments, answer phones, take payments, and help keep the clinic running smoothly. You'll also assist therapists with basic tasks such as preparing treatment areas and supporting patient flow.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
Attention to detail and a positive, patient-focused attitude
Front office or healthcare experience preferred (PT students welcome)
Position Details

Pay: $15–$17/hr, with potential for more based on experience
