What You"ll Do:
- Provide OTA services under established plans of care
- Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
- Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
- Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
What We"re Looking For:
- IL Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or Pending licensure
- New graduates encouraged to apply
