What You"ll Do:
- Provide OT services/evaluations
- Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
- Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
- Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
What We"re Looking For:
- OH Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Pending licensure
