We develop and represent music artists worldwide, blending artist management, label services, and a growing global distribution network. We move fast, value reliability, and work only with people who show up, communicate clearly, and follow through.
Role Overview – Talent & Operations Assistant (Remote, Contract Role)
The Talent & Operations Assistant will help identify, screen, and onboard artists, as well as support daily label operations and artist communications.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify independent artists with professional potential and budgets of $5,000 per month.
- Pre-qualify leads and confirm their readiness to invest in management.
- Collect artist materials (music, visuals, socials, EPKs, etc.).
- Track deals, maintain lead sheets, and manage daily reporting.
- Support marketing, scheduling, and communication operations.
- Communicate consistently with leadership and provide clear updates.
Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based independent contractor role, not an hourly or salaried employee position.
You will begin in an initial training/sourcing phase focused on learning our systems and processes. After you successfully source two artists who each sign with Trinity Records and pay a combined total of $10,000 per month in management fees, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager and earn:
- 25% commission on the monthly management fee that Trinity Records actually receives from each artist you personally sourced.
- Commissions continue for as long as that artist remains a paying client and you remain in good standing under the agreement.
No base salary, draw, or benefits are provided; income is based on performance and results.
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable communication and accountability (daily check-ins and follow-ups).
- Strong written communication and organization.
- Genuine interest in artist development, A&R, or the music business.
- Proactive, self-managed, and comfortable working remotely.
