Position Details
- Hours: Part-time (Up to 8 hours per week).
- Schedule: Sunday mornings and midweek evening rehearsals (usually Thursdays).
What You Will Do
- Live Sound: Set up, test, mix, and troubleshoot audio equipment for live and streamed services.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule a dedicated team of audio booth volunteers.
- Gear Management: Maintain equipment inventory, update procedure guides, and recommend upgrades.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Worship Director, pastors, and musicians to deliver seamless tech execution.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of live audio/visual experience (AV degree is a plus but not required).
- Skills: Expert operation of mixing boards, specialized software, and standard audio gear.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and maneuver large equipment.
- Traits: Strong communicator, organized problem-solver, and a team player.
