- Maintain strong customer relationships while communicating regularly with carriers to promote Trinity’s services and tools.
- Manage and coordinate daily shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and tracing from origin to destination.
- Establish and coordinate shipment schedules with carriers and tender freight accordingly.
- Negotiate and confirm competitive rates with carrier partners.
- Update and maintain all shipment activity within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement swift, effective solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue, load count, and profit objectives.
- Participate in special projects and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to cultivate strong carrier relationships.
- 1–3 years of transportation or logistics experience preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Business Management or Logistics preferred, but not required.
- Growth- and results-oriented mindset with interest in future leadership or management opportunities.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
