Trinity is seeking motivated and intellectually curious Associates passionate about the life sciences to join our Evidence Generation team.
The Evidence Generation team, part of Trinity’s Evidence, Value, Access and Pricing (EVAP) group, supports biotech, pharma, and medical device clients with evidence planning, value demonstration, and scientific communication through real‑world health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).
In this role, Associates work on high-impact, real-world HEOR projects that “move the needle” on market access and treatment utilization and support medical education and strategic pricing. Examples include burden of illness studies, discrete choice experiments, claims-based analyses, and economic modeling. Associates can expect to further develop analytical, communication, and teamwork skills through hands-on experience, structured training and mentorship.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $92,500. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.

Position Responsibilities
Assist the team along all dimensions of project work in preparation for both internal and external interactions
- Support study design, materials development and analysis for real world studies, both qualitative and/or quantitative, using primary and secondary data sources
- Prepare study materials for primary research, including protocols, screeners, and surveys for IRB/ERC submissions
- Assist in submission of all IRB/ECR materials
- Support development of economic models
- Support development of client-ready reports by organizing results, checking accuracy, and incorporating feedback
- Support project teams across all phases of the project, including preparation of materials for internal team meetings and client-facing interactions
- Prepare and distribute detailed meeting notes from internal and external engagements
- Develop PowerPoint slides that strategically synthesize learnings
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent; Economics, Health / Life Sciences, Public Health, or Health Services
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and /or an HEOR certification is a plus
- Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry, health economics and outcomes research
