Position Summary
The Head of MedTech is a senior leadership role responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of Trinity’s MedTech business. The Head of MedTech will be responsible for growing Trinity’s MedTech client base and team while working closely with Trinity leadership to integrate MedTech expertise into the company’s broader go-to-market and delivery approach.
More specifically, the Head of MedTech will be responsible for:

Education: Bachelor’s degree with a life science focus, Advanced degree with a life science focus, or an MBA with a demonstrated interest in the life science field is preferred
Work Experience: 10 years of related experience

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $290,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.

Position Summary
The Head of MedTech is a senior leadership role responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of Trinity’s MedTech business. The Head of MedTech will be responsible for growing Trinity’s MedTech client base and team while working closely with Trinity leadership to integrate MedTech expertise into the company’s broader go-to-market and delivery approach.
More specifically, the Head of MedTech will be responsible for:
- Strategy & Vision - Define and own Trinity’s MedTech strategy, including priority segments, client types, and solution offerings
- Business Development - Own MedTech-specific business development strategy, including pipeline development, proposals, and account expansion. Support senior-level pitches and external thought leadership to drive demand for MedTech offerings
- Capability & Team Leadership - Build and lead a high-performing MedTech team. Establish best practices, methodologies, and delivery standards. Foster a strong internal MedTech community.
- Cross-functional integration - Work closely with Commercial Strategy, Analytics, EVAP, and other business units to identify and execute MedTech-specific opportunities
Client Development
- Have strong relationships and an established book of business with leading MedTech companies
- Source MedTech business by effectively managing existing accounts/clients and securing new accounts/clients
- Proactively engage staff in business development opportunities as appropriate to assist with and facilitate their growth
- Be responsible for generating $3 to $5 million in revenue annually (achieved through new incremental revenue from new clients and supporting existing Trinity clients)
- Provide intellectual leadership in developing the firm’s MedTech capabilities
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on MedTech; contribute to thought leadership that helps build Trinity’s brand in MedTech
- Lead internal and external initiatives that further the firm’s status and capabilities
- Be accountable for overall progression of staff, with particular focus on development of future management and leadership team
- Lead and manage assigned teams, ensuring excellence in client deliverables and staff progression.
- Proactively identify development opportunities for staff and supervisors, provide related guidance, and facilitate their success.
- Be a mentor and guide staff and supervisors on professional growth.
- Oversee staff and supervisor training, identifying needs and facilitating opportunities.
- Identify key contributors and high potential employees to ensure their retention in support of company’s low T/O
- Oversee the successful delivery of client projects, guiding teams and taking ownership of the deliverables.
- Set strategic direction for project activities, guiding supervisors on daily tasks and resource allocation.
- Be an exemplary role model for producing quality results, ensuring high work ethics, professionalism and encouraging teamwork.
