Kitchen Assistant, Prime Time

Job Summary:

Assists in food preparation and unloading products and general cleaning in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School diploma preferred

Training and Experience:

• Has some knowledge of the process of food preparation and handling

Essential Key Job Responsibilities:

• Fill the coolers and bags as directed by the kitchen coordinators.
• Seals meal trays and disburses meals as needed.
• Helps load coolers and transport carriers as needed.
• Helps prep meals as assigned by the kitchen manager if needed.
• Cleans the kitchen and operates the dishwasher as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
