- Medication & Treatment: Administer medications and treatments per healthcare provider orders, adhering to all policies.
- Resident Support: Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, maintaining accurate records.
- Personal Care: Provide emotional and social support, following individualized care plans.
- Community Standards: Adhere to all community policies, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- C.N.A. Certification: Must have current Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by Connecticut.
- Med Pass Certification: Obtain within 30 days of hire; training provided.
