What You’ll Do
- Live the Mission – Embody the Mission, Vision, and Values of Trinity Health in everything you do.
- Create Connection – Foster a welcoming, calm environment where residents feel valued, engaged, and supported.
- Support Meaningful Activities – Assist residents with daily activities and transportation, ensuring participation is safe, enjoyable, and tailored to individual needs.
- Encourage Engagement – Observe and support resident involvement, helping everyone feel included and connected.
- Stay Organized & Safe – Maintain clean, organized activity spaces and follow all safety protocols.
- Grow with Us – Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with team members to continuously improve resident experiences.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience in long-term care or working with individuals with dementia (preferred)
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
- A positive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
