- Receive and direct visitors and telephone calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, file documents, and assist with data entry.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and participants.
- Assist with maintaining participant identification cards and attendance records.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Uphold safety, security, and infection control protocols in the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior office experience preferred.
