What You’ll Do
- Provide a positive, patient-centered experience from the first phone call to the end of the visit
- Learn and navigate physician billing software with confidence
- Accurately enter patient data and maintain up-to-date records
- Manage physician schedules and coordinate appointments
- Answer incoming calls, verify insurance, and collect co-pays
- Support clinical and administrative teams as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in a medical office or billing department (preferred)
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient billing (preferred)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first attitude
