Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones, directing calls, and relaying messages to medical staff.
- Facilitating communication between patients, families, and medical staff.
- Coordinating patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Scheduling appointments, procedures, and transportation for patients.
- Coordinating with other healthcare departments and facilities.
- Providing general information to patients and visitors.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current BLS or CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
- Part-time, 20 hours per week, Day Shift
