What you will work:
- Day shift, variable start time.
- No weekends or holidays.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan, BSN preferred
- Current BLS
- Current ACLS and PALS or completion of this certification within 1 year of hire into the position.
- Previous nursing clinical experience required.
- Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation
- Formulates, communicates, and documents nursing diagnosis based on assessment of health data collected.
- Assumes responsibility to develop, communicate, and document a plan of care that prescribes nursing actions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
- Assumes responsibility to implement, communicate, & document the interventions identified in the plan of care.
- Evaluate and document patient’s progress
