A facility designed to promote health and healing, this outpatient health center offers primary and specialty care physician services, urgent care, clinical lab, radiology, vascular lab and physical rehabilitation services. It also houses the state's first interactive health education center.

Requirements
- Graduation from accredited nursing program:
- As of 1/1/12, newly hired Registered Nurses must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within a specified time frame.
- Requires current Michigan Nursing License
