We support our employees with a focused orientation and training about our equipment, processes and procedures. This makes our float pools a reliable resource for our units, which means more manageable patient ratios. For all these reasons and more, Float Pool colleagues are treated as highly valued team members here at Trinity Health Michigan. In the Nursing Resource Pool you could float to any of the units listed below:
Shift Available: 7pm-7:30am, Night Shift
Status Available: Full time, benefit eligible (72 hours per pay period)

- Atrium West (Inpatient Rehabilitation)

Status Available: Full time, benefit eligible (72 hours per pay period)
Weekend and holiday requirements
Required Qualifications
- Requires current Michigan Nursing License
- Two years of recent medical-surgical or higher acuity level nursing experience
- Graduation from accredited nursing program
- New hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five years
- Canadian Nurse are encouraged to apply
