- Interacts and assists patients, the public and colleagues in fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Registers patients for multiple hospital services.
- Enters complete and accurate information.
- Complies with insurance requirements, including pre-certification and authorizations.
- Maintains confidentiality of patients, colleagues and visitors.
- Provides excellent customer service when assisting patients, colleagues and visitors.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of medical office experience preferred
- Ability to type 50 wpm, error free
- Experience with computer and office equipment preferred
