Department: Nursing Relief Pool
Location: Trinity Health Oakland Campus
Minimum rate of pay: $16.15 PLUS DailyPAY
Total Rewards and Benefits:
Functions as a member of the health care team under the direction of the RN. Utilizing a Patient Focused Care approach, provides sitting services to a specific group of patients within the Trinity Health System.
Shifts Available: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
Status available: Full-time, Part-time, Contingent/PRN
Every Other Weekend and 3 Holidays per year required for Full-time and Part-time team members.

Required Qualifications:
Education
- High school diploma or GED.
- Provides observation following the guidelines as described during department specific orientation. Must ensure they are actively participating in a distraction free environment.
- Reports patient care incidents and changes in the patient's condition to the RN in a timely fashion.
- Provides patient care that reflects respect for patient's rights, dignity, values, culture preferences, and expressed needs and attention to providing comfort, relieving pain, and alleviating anxiety.
- To ensure safe patient care experience, incumbent must remain with patient until hand-off occurs.
