- Minimum 5 years of tool and die experience in a manufacturing environment

- Skilled in troubleshooting die issues and reducing production downtime
- Proficiency with manual and CNC machining equipment

Senior Tool and Die Maker – Position Summary
The Senior Tool and Die Maker is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and repairing production dies used in high-volume manufacturing. This role ensures tooling operates efficiently, accurately, and safely while supporting continuous production flow. Senior Tool and Die Maker – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Build new dies based on engineering specifications
- Maintain, repair, and rebuild progressive and transfer dies
- Diagnose and resolve die performance issues quickly and effectively
- Perform die modifications to improve production efficiency and quality
- Operate manual machines and CNC equipment as needed
- Interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve tooling performance
- Maintain organized, safe, and compliant tool room environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

- Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced machining knowledge
- Experience working in a high-precision manufacturing environment preferred
