Picker – Reach Operator (Warehouse / Forklift)
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday | 8:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. (OT Fridays 1–3x/month)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Tulsa, OK
Picker – Reach Operator (Warehouse / Forklift) – Must-Have Requirements
- Prior reach truck forklift experience required
- Experience using RF scanners and inventory/shipping systems
- Ability to follow detailed pick lists and job instructions
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
Picker – Reach Operator (Warehouse / Forklift) – Position Summary
- Operate a reach forklift to pick, stage, and load products for shipment
- Support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Track inventory movement using RF scanning systems
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Picker – Reach Operator (Warehouse / Forklift) – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate reach truck to retrieve and move products to staging areas
- Pull orders for kitting and shipment preparation
- Load products onto trucks for delivery
- Use RF scanners to track product movement and maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow job lists to ensure correct parts and quantities are picked
- Work with team members to meet deadlines and production goals
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Report inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Picker – Reach Operator (Warehouse / Forklift) – Additional Qualifications
- Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume order picking environments a plus
- Familiarity with inventory management systems preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
