Overview
We’re looking for a driven and personable Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and maintain strong relationships in the pallet industry. This role focuses on selling new, used, and recycled pallets—available in hardwood and softwood, both green and heat-treated (HT).
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calls, site visits, and referrals
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate pallet solutions
- Provide quotes and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain records of sales activity and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred, especially in industrial or packaging sectors
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to travel locally and manage your own schedule
- Basic understanding of pallet types and materials is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $60,000 commission
