- HVAC service experience required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
- State HVAC certification/licensing (Journeyman or equivalent)
- Ability to follow SOP-driven processes
- Strong customer communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Professional appearance and work ethic
HVAC / Heating & Cooling Field Service Expert – Position Summary
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential settings
- Present repair options and solutions to customers
- Deliver professional, high-quality customer service
- Follow company SOPs for all service and documentation
- Communicate with dispatch and management as needed
HVAC / Heating & Cooling Field Service Expert – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Arrive on time, in uniform, ready by 7:00 AM
- Confirm appointments prior to arrival
- Perform HVAC system diagnostics (electrical, refrigerant, airflow, safety)
- Provide clear estimates and service options
- Complete all job notes, photos, and invoices in system
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized service vehicle
- Follow all communication and dispatch procedures
- Close out each job properly before moving to next call
