Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
Overtime: Required as needed

Dock Auditor – Must-Have Requirements
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to verify inventory and order quantities
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Dock Auditor – Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dock Auditor to support outbound warehouse operations by verifying the accuracy of customer orders before shipment. This position is responsible for inspecting staged materials, confirming quantities and part numbers, and ensuring all products have been picked correctly before trailers are loaded for delivery to the production facility. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining inventory accuracy and quality standards.
Dock Auditor – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Order Verification
- Audit staged orders to verify the correct materials and quantities have been picked
- Compare picked materials to shipping documents and inventory records
- Identify and report discrepancies before shipments leave the warehouse
- Ensure outbound orders meet company accuracy standards
Inventory Control
- Verify inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials
- Assist with inventory investigations and reconciliation as needed
- Support cycle counts and other inventory-related tasks when assigned
Warehouse Support
- Maintain organized outbound staging lanes
- Communicate discrepancies with warehouse personnel to resolve issues quickly
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Dock Auditor – Additional Qualifications
- Previous inventory control or warehouse auditing experience preferred
- Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience is not required for this position
