Delivery & Warehouse Associate
Pay: $16-$18/HR DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Delivery & Warehouse Associate – Must-Have Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to accurately read part numbers, quantities, and shipping documents
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Basic computer skills and math skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse, production, quality, and office personnel
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move boxes, materials, and containers
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment
• Must successfully pass a motor vehicle record review, background check, and drug screening
Delivery & Warehouse Associate – Position Summary
The Delivery & Warehouse Associate supports daily shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse, and delivery operations within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for making local deliveries and pickups, assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory organization, and supporting the efficient movement of materials throughout the facility.
Delivery & Warehouse Associate – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Make local deliveries and pickups using a company vehicle
• Deliver parts, materials, products, and documentation to customers and suppliers
• Pick up materials, supplies, and products from vendors and outside processing facilities
• Perform local errands including supply pickups, post office runs, and other business-related tasks
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming deliveries and freight shipments
• Generate shipping documentation and assist with UPS and FedEx shipments
• Package and prepare outgoing customer orders to prevent damage during transit
• Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Assist with inventory counts, material tracking, and material movement throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training available)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and warehouse area
• Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or missing documentation to management
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Support shipping, receiving, warehouse, and production departments as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations
Delivery & Warehouse Associate – Additional Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, delivery, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Experience using shipping software, UPS, FedEx, or inventory systems is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
