CNC Machinist
Pay: $26 /hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | OT on Fridays as needed
Job Type: Full-Time

CNC Machinist – Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience required
- Minimum 5 years of CNC setup and changeout experience
- Programming experience required with strong understanding of G-code and M-code
- Ability to run both CNC mills and lathes
- Haas machine experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
- Experience holding close tolerances and producing precision parts
- Strong knowledge of precision measuring tools including calipers and gauges
- Basic computer skills required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
CNC Machinist – Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Broken Arrow, OK. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, producing precision-machined parts to tight tolerances, and maintaining quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced shop environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong setup and programming knowledge, excellent blueprint reading skills, and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues independently.
CNC Machinist – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce finished parts
- Perform machine changeovers and tooling setups
- Read and interpret:
- Blueprints
- Specifications
- Job layouts
- Written and verbal work instructions
- Perform in-process and final inspections using:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Other precision measuring tools
- Build and maintain tooling as needed
- Make program edits using G-code and M-code
- Troubleshoot machining and production issues
- Work closely with programmers to resolve unusual machining challenges
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Complete production paperwork and data collection accurately
- Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and quality
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
