CNC Machinist

Pay: $26 /hour DOE

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | OT on Fridays as needed

Job Type: Full-Time

CNC Machinist – Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience required
• Minimum 5 years of CNC setup and changeout experience
• Programming experience required with strong understanding of G-code and M-code
• Ability to run both CNC mills and lathes
• Haas machine experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
• Experience holding close tolerances and producing precision parts
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring tools including calipers and gauges
• Basic computer skills required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal

CNC Machinist – Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Broken Arrow, OK. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, producing precision-machined parts to tight tolerances, and maintaining quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced shop environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong setup and programming knowledge, excellent blueprint reading skills, and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues independently.

CNC Machinist – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce finished parts
• Perform machine changeovers and tooling setups
• Read and interpret:
• Blueprints
• Specifications
• Job layouts
• Written and verbal work instructions
• Perform in-process and final inspections using:
• Calipers
• Micrometers
• Other precision measuring tools
• Build and maintain tooling as needed
• Make program edits using G-code and M-code
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues
• Work closely with programmers to resolve unusual machining challenges
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Complete production paperwork and data collection accurately
• Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and quality
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
