Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking a Scaler on behalf of a family-owned company that has been a trusted leader in recycling for more than 100 years. Our client is known for a strong culture of teamwork, integrity, and long-term stability. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate weights, proper documentation, and excellent customer service. While experience is helpful, full training is provided, including metal identification, so you can be confident in your role.
Pay: $16/hour
Shift: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm M-F
Responsibilities:
- Weigh and record all incoming and outgoing scrap materials
- Learn to identify different metals through on-the-job training
