Cashier / Admin Assistant
Trinity Employment Specialists is hiring a Cashier / Admin Assistant on behalf of a family-owned leader in recycling with over 100 years of trusted service. This role is essential for keeping operations running smoothly by managing financial transactions, coordinating deliveries, and supporting customer and vendor interactions. Full training is provided, and the company values reliability, accuracy, and a strong work ethic.
Shift: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Pay: $16/hour
Responsibilities:
- Process payments from customers accurately and efficiently
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Book trucks for product delivery and coordinate logistics
- Prepare freight quotes and handle scrap settlements
- Maintain accurate records and reports in company systems
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and comfort with data entry
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Previous experience in finance, logistics, or office administration is a plus
