The Trinity County Office of Education is seeking a dedicated and student-centered School Psychologist to join our team in beautiful Trinity County. Under the direction of the Deputy Superintendent of Special Education, the School Psychologist provides comprehensive psychological services to students, including assessment, counseling, consultation, and support for individualized education programs. The position works collaboratively with educators, families, and community partners to address learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs, helping students overcome barriers and thrive in school settings . About the Trinity County Office of Education (TCOE) and our local school districts: The Trinity County Office of Education is located in Weaverville, CA. This far northern California county is a vast, sparsely populated, rural mountainous area covering nearly 3,200 square miles with a population of approximately 15,000 people. Trinity County is home to nine school districts serving 1,600 students from preschool to 12th grade. Current Resume Letter of Interest Three letters of recommendation within the last two years Transcripts Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in school psychology Must possess (or be able to obtain prior to employment) a valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology Must have taken and passed the CBEST (provide results) California Driver's License Pre Employment Requirements - Background Check, Drug Test, & Physical
