- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, faculty, and students of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.

- College Board Test Coordinator
- Maintain student data and records across multiple platforms (Blackbaud, SCOIR, Cal Grant, Google)
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments between students and Director
- Event coordination (college rep visits, college events, seminars, etc.)
- Hospitality coordination for all events and meetings
- Creation of materials for college events (marketing) and the college bulletin board
- Assist the Director in tracking graduation requirements for students
- Maintain student records, including a high level of discretion and integrity
- Student work permit management
- Assist the Director with sending communications as needed.
- Document, materials, and file organization within the office
- Familiarity with classical pedagogy and Christian worldview integration.

- Occasional flexibility in schedule (testing periods, early morning and evening events)
- Technical proficiency (Google Suite, MS applications and software) and a willingness and ability to learn new platforms and tech tools.
- Multitasking in an environment with many distractions is a must
- Must successfully pass a background investigation
- Working Environment: indoors in a comfortable temperature-controlled classroom environment and is typically free from dust and hazardous materials.
- Generally, works in a group environment; noise level is typically low with the exception of times between class periods.
- Requires standing for periods of time; will include frequent walking and sitting
- Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, repetitious hand and body movements, simple grasping, fine and gross motor skills. Stand and walk when administering care. Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, push, pull and lift up to 20 pounds. Must be able to climb one flight of stairs.
- Mental Demands: Ability to work well under pressure; ability to maintain a level of professionalism and calm when others are behaving inappropriately.
- Use of computer/monitor screen; audio visual and other classroom equipment
- Travel: A personal vehicle will be necessary for occasional pick up of hospitality and supplies for meetings and events.
