POSITION SUMMARY
The 45 Ministry Leader will serve the church by developing, coordinating, and administering effective pre-teen ministry programs (4th & 5th Grade).

The 45 Ministry Leader will serve the church by developing, coordinating, and administering effective pre-teen ministry programs (4th & 5th Grade).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- General Function spiritual leader, mentor, coach and counselor
- Provide spiritual guidance and ministry care to volunteers, and church body; and help maintain, organize, and promote the spiritual and weekly activities of the church
- Assist with on-calls as scheduled
- Recruit, develop, equip, empower and coach new volunteers within this ministry area
- Build and maintain relationships with volunteers and community
Leadership
- Oversee 45 service environment during MDWK & Sunday Services
- Ensure proper scheduling of teams to execute services
- Disciple kids, families & leaders
- Greet & encourage families before & after services
- Ensure safety, fun & excellence in each service venue
- Speak as scheduled
- Serve as Group Leader as needed
Administrative
- Proficient with Church Database
- Organize & prepare materials for 45 services
- Lead set-up & tear town for 45 service environment
- Coordinate inventory of supplies & resources for 45 ministries.
- Complete family follow-up for first-time guests to Kidsplace.
Training & Recruiting
- Recruit new volunteers
- Train new volunteers
- Lead teams to minister in 45 services & activities.
- Develop service leads/coordinators to assist with service execution
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 5 years-experience in church ministry or similar setting. 3-4 years experience working with pastoral staff in Church size of 1,000 or more. And proven experience in managing, leading and developing a team. Stage/platform experience a must. 2-4 years experience in working with children and youth; ability to understand and relate to students and families.
Salary : $33,516 - $50,171
