What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse / RN position at Trinity Care Center?
FHS is accepting applications for the final hiring phase of our 20-bed, skilled nursing facility addition. We expect to hire for Day, Evening and Night positions at the end of April into May 2026.
Nurses play a vital role in the care of our residents. Some responsibilities include:
- Resident Assessment and Care Planning
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members
- Medication administration
- Monitoring activities
- Providing emotional support for our Residents well being
- Maintaining confidentially and HIPAA
- Oversee our CNAs and TMAs
- Assist with Direct Care/ Stand-By when necessary
- Accurate and thorough documentation
- Insure the safety and wellness of our Residents and Staff
Helpful Skills include:
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- The ability to make sound judgments in emergency situations
- Knowledge of various non-invasive medical treatments
