What are the responsibilities and job description for the NETSUITE MIGRATION I.S & ACCOUNTING SUPPORT position at Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN)?
Purpose of the Role
Support the NetSuite migration project by assisting with data validation, user setup, and testing activities. The role focuses on execution, attention to detail, and helping ensure a smooth transition from Oracle Fusion to NetSuite.
In addition, this position will be assisting the Information Systems’ Application Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Data Validation & Cleanup
- Assist in reviewing migrated data for accuracy and completeness
- Help identify and report discrepancies or missing data
- Support basic data cleanup efforts (Employees, customers, and vendors, etc.)
User Setup & Access Review
- Assist in reviewing user accounts in NetSuite
- Help validate roles and access permissions
- Support cleanup of inactive or duplicate users
Testing Support
- Help create and organize simple test cases
- Execute test scenarios and document results
- Log and track issues identified during testing
Documentation & Tracking
- Maintain logs of issues, test results, and updates
- Assist in organizing project files and documentation
General Project Support
- Participate in working sessions with the team
- Help gather feedback from users during testing
- Support ad hoc tasks related to the migration project
- Support general accounting tasks related to NetSuite
Expected Outcomes
- Accurate and validated data in NetSuite
- Organized and documented testing results
- Timely identification and tracking of issues
- Support to the team in meeting project milestones
- Work independently
Supervision
- Reports directly to the Project Manager for all NetSuite tasks and the Application Support manager for IS tasks.
- Works closely with accounting and functional team members
Duration
- Temporary role (~3 months) aligned with migration timeline
