Spanish Case Manager - Tax Resolution/ Tax Relief

Join our dynamic Tax accounting Bureau team as a Spanish Case Manager specializing in Tax Resolution and Tax Relief! In this vital role, you will be the case admin helping Spanish speaking clients navigate complex tax issues, Help clients with paperwork, and secure effective resolution outcomes. Your energetic approach and keen understanding of Tax concepts will assist clients to regain financial stability while ensuring compliance with tax laws. Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather detailed financial information by assisting them to fill out forms (433F, Tax Organizers, Tax documents, IRS Letters)
• Explain to client established payment plans, Resolution outcomes, or Company protocol.
• Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients ensuring clarity and professionalism at all times.
• Analyze accounts receivable data, Tax Organizers , and review financial documents such as Profit and loss reports, Tax organizers. to guide client in the best resolution strategies.
• Maintain meticulous notes on CRM of all client interactions, negotiations, and case updates while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with team members using CRM to track case progress of cases and ensure accurate documentation.

• MUST SPEAK SPANISH
• Proficiency phone etiquette, and customer service to build trust and rapport with clients. (REQUIRED)
• Solid understanding of Tax analysis, profit and loss, Tax Organizers and Tax resolution options for comprehensive case evaluation.
• Experience with 433F, Tax Organizers, 656, 433A, 433B, and Logics CRM (REQUIRED)
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines.
