We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who wants the high earning potential of a big-box store but without the corporate micromanagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Build genuine relationships with our new, loyal Forest Lake community.
• Present clear, honest repair recommendations based on vehicle needs.
• Coordinate with our skilled technicians to keep the workflow moving efficiently.
• Provide a "concierge-level" experience from check-in to car delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of Service Advisor experience.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and digital shop management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a "people-first" attitude that aligns with our core values.
• A valid driver’s license.
