The Apprentice Program is for currently enrolled students. Apprentices work part-time during the academic semester, integrating hands-on corporate experience with their coursework.

Position Summary

The Apprentice, Culture Programs will play a critical supporting role in advancing TriNet’s commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate belonging strategy, program management, and employee engagement within a fast-paced, innovative People Team environment.

What you will do

  • Program Support: Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and execution of culture focused events, training sessions, and communication campaigns.
  • Colleague Resource Group (CRG) Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for TriNet's CRGs, helping to manage their budget, track key activities, and amplify their impact across the organization.
  • Data & Reporting: Help collect, analyze, and present key diversity metrics (e.g., representation data, survey results) to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Content Creation: Draft internal communications, presentations, and resources (e.g., intranet updates, newsletters) to promote culture initiatives and celebrate cultural moments.
  • Best Practices Research: Conduct research on industry best practices, emerging Belonging trends, and effective talent strategies to ensure TriNet remains a leader in inclusive workplace development.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage culture calendar, track expenses, schedule meetings, and take detailed notes during key strategy sessions.

Education Qualifications

  • A demonstrated, genuine interest in advancing diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive team player who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Junior or Senior undergrad or graduate students.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA

Experience Qualifications

  • Previous internship/work experience preferred
  • Academic leadership or extra-curricular activity involvement preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Must be a currently enrolled student available to work part-time hours (e.g., 15-29 hours/week) during the academic semester.

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $21.00 to $34.00 per hour. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
