Job Summary

trivinna is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Product Management to drive the development of our commercial real estate loan management SaaS platform. The Product Manager will define product strategy, prioritize features, and work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver value to loan servicers and investors. This role requires deep understanding of customer needs, strong technical acumen, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a user-centered approach by integrating user research, usability testing, and customer feedback into product decisions.
• Leverage analytics, market research, and customer insights to guide product strategy and continuous improvement.
• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for the loan management platform.
• Manage the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and ensure readiness for upcoming sprints.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data science, and scrum teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Present product updates to executive leadership and engage with support teams to address customer issues and feature gaps.
• Work with data science teams to define and deliver AI/ML-powered features.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 9 years of product management or product owner experience with a proven track record delivering SaaS or B2B software products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including user story writing and backlog management.
• Experience working with UX/UI teams and integrating user research into product development.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services or commercial real estate.
• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data and analytics for product decision-making.
• Experience supporting go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science).
