Job Summary

trivinna is seeking a talented Senior Director, Product Designer to shape the user experience of our commercial real estate loan management platform. The Product Designer will design intuitive interfaces for two primary audiences: lenders and loan servicers who manage loan portfolios, and borrowers who need self-service access to their loan information. This role requires balancing complex data visualization with elegant simplicity, creating workflows that streamline operations while incorporating cutting-edge AI features and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive UX research strategy aligned with product goals and user needs, including planning, prioritizing, and conducting research activities (e.g., interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries).
• Synthesize and present research findings to stakeholders, translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Plan and execute usability studies, A/B tests, and other validation methods to inform and iterate on design solutions.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to ensure solutions are user-centered.
• Design end-to-end user experiences and map user flows for complex loan management, payment processing, and document workflows.
• Create intuitive navigation and data visualizations for large amounts of financial data.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and develop a visual design language aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design portals and dashboards for multiple user types, including lenders, servicers, and borrowers.
• Create user experiences for AI-based workflows, ensuring ease of use and trust in AI outputs.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure design feasibility, quality implementation, and alignment with requirements.
• Present design concepts and gather/incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Facilitate design critiques, workshops, and participate in agile/scrum events as needed.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.
• 9 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
• Proven experience developing and executing UX research strategies, including planning, conducting, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, especially for complex, data-heavy applications.
• Proficiency in Figma (primary tool) or Sketch.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
