Customer Operations Specialist
Trimline Windows, Inc. – Warminster, PA
Trimline Windows, a family-owned custom window manufacturer located in the Warminster area, is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our Customer Operations team.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, communicating clearly, and helping keep operations moving smoothly. The role combines customer communication, order coordination, follow-up, and day-to-day operational support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
Responsibilities: include, but are not limited to:
- Communicate with customers by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with quotes, orders, product questions, and general inquiries.
- Enter and process quotes and orders accurately within company systems.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending quotes, order updates, and open items.
- Help maintain organized communication and visibility throughout the customer process.
- Track customer requests and ensure items are followed through to completion.
- Support proactive customer outreach initiatives, surveys, and follow-up communication.
- Help identify and communicate issues, delays, or customer concerns.
- Assist with reporting, tracking, and other operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Experience in customer service, order entry, office coordination, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
