Salary: $41,000 - $46,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do
- System & Process Management: Build and manage all systems for client communication, database management, internal communication, marketing, and back-office support.
- Operational Excellence: Create and maintain a comprehensive operations manual to document all our systems and standards.
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Transaction Support: Act as a backup to our Transaction Coordinator, assisting with a variety of contract-related tasks as needed to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Team Support: Handle office equipment management and keep agents informed of any critical issues.
Who You Are
- You have 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a role where you had to manage multiple projects at once.
- You possess exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to focus on the details.
- You are a clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in person.
- You can remain calm and effective under pressure.
- You are learning-based and driven to succeed.
- You are a high school graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience with a CRM or database management is a plus. A real estate license is a bonus but not required.
